Shipping Information
Online orders can be shipped via STANDARD Post or EXPRESS Post.
Standard Post is a flat rate of $9.99 or FREE on orders over $150. This Flat Rate delivery is shipped via AUSTRALIA POST and expected to take 2-10 business days once processed.
Express Post is a flat rate of $14.00 or FREE on orders over $200. This flat rate delivery is shipped via Australia Post Express Post and expected to take 1-4 business days once processed.
*Please note – we try our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, unfortunately once it has been shipped the speed it is delivered is out of our hands. If you order has not been delivered on time please contact us so we can chase it up with the courier.
Click & Collect At Sinderellas Adult Stores, WA
Sinderellas Adult Stores offers a local pick up, click and collect service for your lingerie order. Once your order is processed and your pick up location selected, you will receive email tracking updates from Australia Post until your order is collected. If you do not receive an email, please check your email junk folder.
Click & Collect Fees
- SINDERELLAS Adult Store BELMONT, WA – $3.99
All online orders are processed at LAS Embleton. If you have selected Click and Collect Belmont, your order will be transferred locally to the Sinderellas Belmont Store. Please allow 2 business days for delivery after processing. You will receive an email when your order has arrived at Sinderellas Belmont. If you have not received an email within 2 business days after processing, please check your junk email.
- SINDERELLAS Adult Store MANDURAH, WA – $8.99
All online orders are processed at LAS Embleton. If you have selected Click and Collect Mandurah, your order will be sent standard post via Australia Post to the Sinderellas Mandurah Store. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery after processing. You will receive a tracking code and email when your order has arrived at Sinderellas Mandurah. If you have not received an email 4 business days after processing, please check your junk email.
Once your Click & Collect order is ready in-store, we will hold your order for 2 weeks. If your order is not collected within 14 business days from delivery, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the Click & Collect Fee.
Please provide your name and order number to staff when collecting your order.
Online and In-store refund and returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hosiery goods that cannot be returned in original condition cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods unless faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds And Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
